This study evaluated the result of applying the rehabilitation model with psychiatric patients who live in halfway house. This study carried out at halfway house. Participants were Srithanya's psychiatric patients who live in halfway house for more than 3 months. The intervention consisted of three main group activities,i.e. personal life skills group 4 sessions, domestic skills group 3 sessions and social skills 3 sessions. The group activities ran one time a week for one to two hours. The therapists was a halfway house's staff trained in running group therapy with rehabilitation model. The outcome were the improved of patients living skills and capacity assessed. There was statistical significantly improved in personal life skills, domestic skills and social skills. By conclusion we can apply the rehabilitation program to improved the patient's living skills in setting of halfway house.
