Objective: To develop creativity assessments for Thai people in 3 areas, which are: administration, sciences, and arts. Methods: This study followed the 7 steps of the process of research and development integrated with knowledge management process. The important steps are assessment quality development by objectivity test, fake good fake bad, content validity test among 90 samples, item discrimination test and construct validity among 400 samples. The statistics used is T-test to find the norm of creativity of Thai people among 4,000 samples. Result: Three sets of creativity assessment forms, which every item have significant discrimination score at 99% and 95%. The creativity assessment on administration area has 72 items with reliability score at 0.926. The assessment of sciences has 77 items with reliability score at 0.927. The assessment on arts has 67 items with reliability score at 0.923. Each assessment has 4 factors, which are enthusiasm, imagination and cognition, problem solving, and adversity. Conclusion: The 3 sets of creativity assessment are developed through the research and development, and the knowledge management process. They will be use with creativity development program and distribute through the Depedge management process. They will be use with creativity development program and distribute through the Department of Mental Health website.
