Results of the M.I.N.I. revealed the following: current psychotic disorders (15.8%), alcohol use disorders (52.1%), suicidality (22.3%) and major depressive episode (4.9%). Conclusion: MAP, contrary to the common perception of being an acute disorder, is likely to be chronic and persistent with frequent relapses.
