Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD), the most common disorder inchild and adolescent clinic ,about 3-5 % in school aged children, has bad impacts to children, such as learning problem, relationship problem with their parents, friends and teachers leads to depressive disorder, consequently. So early diagnosis and intervention should prevent from bad impacts and better prognosis. Besides this , ADHDhas many comorbidities , like in this casse report. A thai boy , aged 10 years, lived in Lamphun province, had been diagnosed ADHD, Learning disorder, depressive disorder and tics. The therapist diagnosed and analyzed both and long term problems then psycho-educated to his parents and teachers to know how to know how to understand and deal with this patient , including pharmacological treaatment and relieved stigma from him. Results of treatment to Bangkok due to continue treatment.
