This qualitative and quantitative study aims to summarize the lessons learned concerning the menthods, process, techniques and skills thatpsychiatric social workers use in social rehabilitation working. Also learned about psychiatric social workers' roles and forms of social rehabilitation. The data collections went on from June to September 2008, data employed in the study by questionnaires and in-depth interview. The subject of the study are 66 psychiatric social workers who work in social rehabilition files in 15 organization of Mental Health Department and 9 experienced psychiatric social workers that answers in in- depth interview method from 6 hospitals. The quantitative data were analyzed by percentage and the conteat analysis sorting out issues that are the main points of the research and association the data with the assigned ideology and theories . The results are as followed. The psychiatric socialworkers in every organization working with 5 clinical social works methods by usingintegrated social work method. The working process is following by psychiatric socialwork standard and using the appropriate techniques and skills. The roles of psychiatric social workers in social erhabilitation are 1 consultant rules 2 Resources management Roles 3 . Teacher Roles. In each role has the different activities following by Micro levelMidlevel and Macro level. The social rehabilitation forms are; 1.Social Rehabilitation in Hospital can separated into 2 forms; 1.1 Social Rehabilitation of psychiatric patients and Mental Retardation Form that have 3 programs; Friend's shop program, employment program and social rehabilitation of psychiatrci Child and Adolescent Form.2. Social Rehabilitation in Community can separated into 2forms; 2.1 Social Rehabilitation by outside employment Independent Living Form 2.2 Social rehabilitation by the participation of Community Network Form that have 2 program ; Patients and Relative Participated Program and Community Base Participated Program.
