Objective: Quality of life has some components. Our main question was: Which components have more predictive role in total score of quality of life in Iranian parents? Methods: We administered Comprehensive Quality of Life Scale-Adult (COMQOL-A5) on 226 volunteer Iranian parents. Data analyzed by linear multivariate regression analysis-stepwise method. Results: Material Well-being predicted 53/6% of total score of quality of life’s variance. Then, satisfaction and importance predicted 26/1 and 8/8% of its variance, orderly. Conclusion: It seems that material aspects of well-being are more important in Iranian parents view.
