The purpose of the study was to find the teaching-learning envioronmental factors which affect attitudes towards nursing profession of nursing students, Faculty of Nursing , Mahidol University. The systematic sampling subjects were 300 nursing students in the second third and fourth year. the questionnaires were implied to data collection. The findings were as follows: 1. The teaching-learning environment factors were in the moderate level. Factors concerning the nursing instructors faculty as well as the componions were int he good level while the curiculum, dormitory and facilities were in the moderate level 2. The attitudes towards nursing profession were in the good level the attitudes towards professional characteristics, professional practice as well as professional values were in the good level. 3. The attitudes towards nursing profession of the students in the second, third and fourth year were significant different p‹.001. The attitudes towards professional nursing characteristics, professional nursing practice and nursing profession of the fourth year were significant better than the second year, p<.05 and also were significant better than the second and third year students p<.05 concerning professional values. 4. There were significant positive correlation between the teaching-learning environmental factors and attitude towards nursing profession p<.001.
