Case Report: A 40 year old single Thai male patient with 16 years history of bipolar disorder had attempted suicide by 900 mg of mirtazapine. He developed the symptom of drowsiness, dizziness, vertigo, blur visions, muscle twitching, stomachache, and nausea and vomiting without other serious complications. After 3 days of admission he was completely recovered.
