The objectives of this study are to survey quality of life (QOL) and factors influencing QOL and suicidal ideation in people living with AIDS PLWA in chiangmai. Convenient sample of 156 persons were selected from those who attended peer support groups in the community and those who used hospital servoce. Sample consisted of 31.4% male and 68.6% female aged average 29.9 years old. Most had primary education 74.4% and had income of less than 3000 Bath/momth 89.8% Questionnaire consisted of demographic data suicidal ideation constructed by researchers and world health organization quality of life scale 26 items (WHOQOL-Bref-Thai ).
