The purpose of this research were to study of attitude's the relatives of psychiatric patient and to compared before and evaluate the satisfaction with the group. The sample was 100 relative of psychiatric hospital obtained by using the accidental sampling. The instruments used in this study were friend-help group along with self-help group process. To collected data by using relative attitude scale and friend-help group satisfaction. Its internal Cronbach's alpha coeffictient was 0.73 and 0.65 in sequence. Data were then analyzed by using SPSS-PC program and presented using frequency percentage mean stand and deviation of attitude scores Comparison between the average attitude score before and after entering friend-help group by using t-test The result of the study was that average attitude score before entering the friend-help group lower than after entering friend-help group and statistically significant at 0.05. And satisfaction of relative to friend-help group was high level.
