Infanticide has been classified into two main groups-neonaticide and filicide. A case study of filicide had been demonstrated by psychotic woman in Suratthani. She was investigated as throwing her own baby from the window. the psychological test revealed that she was though-disordered and withdrawal. She also had an evidence to make an attempt on her first baby.
