Neuroleptic Malignant Syndrome, then most serious rarest and least known complication of neuroleptic medication occurred in a 54-year-old female psychotic patient who has taken various neuroleptic patient who has taken various neuroleptic over 18 years.The main objective of this article is to distribute the knowledge of how to treat this complication sucessfully using proper medications and nursing care.Early recognition is also an important factor influencing the treatment outcome.
