The purposes of this research were to investigate job satisfaction of workers in state enterprises, hotels and industries. Samples were 471 workers, from the 3 organizations in upper north of Thailand who responded to the 5-point scales job satisfaction invetory in which separated into 14 sub-facters.Theone-way ANOVA and the multiple comparison test of difference between means were applied to analyze data and revealed that: workers in different organizations ha .01 statistically significant defference of job satisfaction workers in industries showed .05 statistically lower score of job satisfaction than workers in state enterprises and hotels, but there was no statistically different score of job satisfaction between workers in state enterprises and hotels.
