Victims of sexual abuse almost always suffer from their physical illnesses psychological problems and family equilibrium disturbance. This was a qualitative study of 11 sexual abused girls and 20 family members. The methodology included history reviewing in-depth-interviewing focus group and direct observation of interaction among family members during a family camp. It concerned general data family life diffeculties of sexual abused survivors effected on the families and coping mechanisms of the members. Findings illustrated defects in familial basic task developmental tasks and harzardous tasks among all families. All sexually abused victims and their families also seriously suffered from emotional and behavioral difficulties which related tp poor coping mechanisms0 These reflected requirement and importance of appropriate treatment and rehabilitation strategies.
