One hundred and fortyficve married Thai males from Bangkoknoi district were randomly selected for the interview. The average age was forty. Eighty percent of the subjects had no more than secondary education.The monthly income of the majority of the subjects(eightfive percent) was less than three thousand bahts. Eighteen percent of the subjects used to practice polygamany but only four percent of the subjects remained polygammous. Eighty five percent had happy married lives. However extramarital affairs were practised by twentyseven percent of the subjects. Nine percent of married men continued to masturbate. the frequency of sexual intercourse varied from once every two months to nine per day. The majority of the subjects had sexual intercourse varied from once every two months to nine perday. the majority of the subjects had sexual intercourse two the three a week. Healthy subhects enjoyed sex more than the unhealthy ones. Only fiftyfive percent satisfied with their potency. Sexual potency declined with age and it was more obvious after fifty.
