This retrospective study was collected from patients profiles of schizophrenic out-patients and in-patients at Srithanya Hospital during 1995 to 2000. The obkectives were to study the data about the incidence of adverse drug reaction safety and outcomes of Clozapine for Schzophrenia treatment The incidence of adverse drug reaction was 0.95 percent. Clinical outcomes indicated that more than 300 mg of Clozapine was treated for most patients per day. One-third of patients could correctly follow the Colzapine Patient Monitoring Service CPMS. Sedation and Hypersalivation were the most side effect for Clozapine treatment. Readmission rate of the most patients decreased by 88.6% . Economic outcomes indicated the cost of drugs per month per person patients lack of understanding for drug using. The results of this study can apply for pharmacy service in the future.
