Child sexual abuse accommodation syndrome CSAAS is composed of five categories of which two define basic childhood vulnerability and three are sequentially contingent on sexual assault 1. Secracy 2. Helplessness 3. Entrapment and accommodation 4. Delayed unconvincing desclosure and 5. Retraction. There is huge decrease of prevalence of CSAAS in USA InThailand there is no systematic study. Inthis report 2 cases of CSAAS were found among 73 cases of child sexual abuse in Bangkok metropolitan medical college and Vajira hospital
