The objective of this study was to follow the output and outcome of the implementation of a technology named the prevention and care in the attempted suicide patients. The context and process management of this technology was developed by the Department of Mental Health. The data was collected from 2 sources: 3 year reviewing of the attempted suicide records in the 4th health district and the summary of health inspection and suprvision of the year 2001 fiscal year. The statistics used in analysis of the data was frequency and percentage. The results were shown that after this program had been done from October 2000 to June 2001. The attempted rale was decreased in the provinces where their staffs were full course-trained and provided the services cover both before and after as be suggested in this techonology.
