Suicide is one of the major public health problem in every country caused by itsown socioeconomic factors. The suicide rate could be, in fact, reduced by decreasing the psychological problem that could be prevented and solved. The objective of this study is to examine total of committed suicide in each interval age of male and female, and method that they used. Data are collected from the hospital death certificates and the police autopsy forms and reports between 1995 to 1999. 145 Suicidal cases out of 1,946 legal autopsy cases at the Srinakarin Hospital, Khon Kaen University are examined. The result shows that male commit suicides higher than female, 85.5 and 14.5 percent. Among the suicidal male and female, the largest age group in between 21-30 and 16-20 years old respectively. And among the suicidal methods, hanging, firearm, and intoxication share 80.7, 6.9 and 5.5 percent respectively
