The objectives of this evaluation research was to study context, Input, Process, Outputs and Effects of the project. If also studied the factors that were related or had an effect on their knowledge and practice. These were studied both on the whole and by region-comparison. Samples were 6 executives who responsible for/or concern with the project, 12 practitioners and 248 family emotional supporters. Data were collected between July and August 1998 and analysed by the SPPS for Windows computerized program. The research showed that project's conceptual framework and procedure were not compatible with the national development's basic concept. It's managerial process can get through by the given resource which proved mainly suitable. Those family emotional supporter's knowledge were at 80.3 in average. Most of them put their knowledfe of family support into practice 82.2% and gave support to others 88.3%. The analysis revealed that education level, income, age and number of people per household of those family emotional supporters associated to their knowledge. The average number of other family emotional supporters who were supported by a family emotional supporter in proportion to one supporter were 3.68 members in 2.48 families. Moreove, the comparison analysis found that family emotional supporter's knowledge in central region were less than those in other region while northeast region's were better than others. By proportion of practice, it was founded that the average number of other family emotional supporters who were supported by family emotional supporter in southern region were more than those in other region.
