A Computerized Continuous Performance Test with visula vigilance test was performed on Thai Hyperactive Children who were diagnosed by both conners rating scale and by DSM-IV criterin and this was compared before and during treatment with methylphenidate. The results showed a definite improvement cognitive function on sustained attention in Thai hyperactive children during treatment.
