The pilot study of this study is aimed to know the Mental sign & symptom and Mental problems in the test that patients percepted to be the disturbing problems. A number of 14 post post-partum psychiatric patients were selected from the Female ward of Khon-Kaen Nuero-Psychiatric Hospital, who were patients admitted in Hospital during september 1986 to April 1987. The Self-rating scale test was used as a tool of the study. It was found that the most disturbing problems of the patients were easily, irrational fear, feeling of loneliness, anxiety about child rearing and others.
