Thai Mini-mental state examination TMSE and Chula Mental Test CMT have beenwidely uded in thailand. Both of them are screening test for cognitive impairment. Hewever there are some differences in subsets of the tests. We conducted a comparative between these 2 tests in 82 Thai elderly admiffed in Siriraj Hospital. We found significant relationship between these 2 tests (correlation coefficient 0.78, chi-square test p‹0.05). They are best fitted in a reciprocating hyperbolar curve CMT=TMSE/(0.03444xTMSE+0.6287).
