This research was an experimental study of the school mental health technology, that was composed of 3 handbooks : A Training Handbook of School Mental Health Development, A Teachers Handbook of Mental Health Promotion in Secondary Schools, and A Teachers Handbook for Helping Students with Mental health technology. The samples were 172 teachers and 1,080 students randomly selected from 3 schools under the supervision of the Department of Education. Results Trained teachers had better attitude toward school mental health than those who were untrained p‹0.05. There were no differences between the trained and the untrained teachers. The Teachers' Handbook of Mental Health Promotion in Secondary School : it was the handbook with a clear concept and an appropriate theory of mental health by applying in the period of normal classroom and home room and should be added in the school curriculum so that the students will be mentally promoted regularly and continouosly. It was recommended that the content was suitable for guidance. The Teachers' Handbook for helping Students with Mental Health Problems: It was the handbook with a clear concept and appropriate theoty in supporting the students with mental health problems the form of problem indentification in implementing surveillance for risk groups of students and their mental health. Students with mental health problems should be early detected by following the screening protocols in the handbook. Teachers should be the first people to meet the students,help them analyze the problems,and outline a supportion plan. Due to the concept of Self-Sufficiency Community there should also be an expert in the school to provide counseling to teachers and students, and to develop media in promotion / preventing / caring mental health for target teachers and students. It was then crucial that every relating organization should cooperate, in pursuing for achieving the objectives of a students's ability enhancement and an efficiency in supporting students.
