The purpose of this qualitative research were to evaluate power and psychosocial role adjustment of the elder and to determine using participatory learning empowerment program. Data were obtained by indepth interview with the 16 long term follow up elders and their family, after that the data were applied as cases study by group activity including the 25 long term participated aged members. Major results were the following; 1. Most cases were poor power particularly with the extended family adjustment but were good power with the others aged members problem. 2. Most cases were satisfied and positive adjustment with the participatory learning empowerment program.
